MMSU scores high in Electronics Engineer, Technical Exams

The University exhibited stellar ratings in the Electronics Engineer and Technician licensure examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last October.
Five out of seven graduates of the MMSU College of Engineering (COE) passed the Electronics Engineer (ECE) Licensure Examination, yielding a 71.43 percent institutional passing rate as against the 47.84 percent national success rate.
Meanwhile, four graduates from the same college hurdled the Electronics Technician (ECT) Licensure Examination, giving MMSU a hundred percent passing rate, surpassing the national average which stood at 75.77 percent.
The MMSU passers are among the 710 new electronics engineers and 738 new electronics technicians in the country. PRC conducted the ECE exam last October 24-25 and ECT exam last October 26 in its testing centers nationwide.
